If you’ve been following along with our journey on YouTube, you know that we’re in the middle of building our farmhouse and super busy trying to get moved onto our new homestead out in the country. It’s an all-consuming process and like you, we only have 24 hours in a day to work with.
So during this season of life transition, we just wanted to drop a note here to share that we’ll be taking a brief break from sharing gardening tips and homestead organization tools via the blog. Because…somehow we have to simultaneously move our stuff and chickens, sell our house in the suburbs, work our day jobs, and possibly sleep occasionally. 😉 We promise we’ll be back in a month or so with new content as we continue to learn how to homestead right along with you on a whole new scale!
We won’t leave you totally hanging though! You can still keep up with us regularly on Instagram and YouTube as we document our journey of building a homestead from scratch in the Upstate of South Carolina. We’re so excited for all the new skills we’ll be learning and able to share with you as we continue to restore our own homesteading heritage on this new piece of land.
And if you need a fix of some garden, homestead, or recipe content in the meantime, check out our Pinterest boards. We have curated hundreds of pins to inspire you for the next stage of your homesteading journey. Be sure to click the ‘follow’ button at the top as we regularly add great ideas, guides, and tips to these boards.
Looking to get organized while we’re not typing your ears off, check out the Cottage Farmstead shop. Everything will still be available even though we are taking a break.
As always you can join us for a monthly recap on our newsletter.
